Kristen Ayer, Founder
Kristen Ayer has worked for decades on Wall Street and founder of three for-profit firms: NETCIRQ, Reya Partners, Pisces Partners and now nonprofit HighSchool Outreach and is passionate about training high school students business acumen; skills to be successful in business; and college preparation. Kristen was on the board of Junior Achievement Bay Area and volunteer at Big Brothers Big Sisters New York City for several years. She has also mentored many high school students including but limited to assisting them study for the SATs.
Matt Robbins, Associate and Mentor
Matt Robbins comes to us from Santa Clara University. He is an Analyst at Pisces Partners and a mentor at HighSchoolOutreach. He is passionate about mentoring high school students and especially helping children with special needs. He is also founder of S.N.A.P. (Special Needs Awareness Program).
Michael Horio, Associate and Mentor
Michael comes to us from Berkeley. He is an analyst at Pisces Partners and mentor at HighSchoolOutreach. He is passionate about helping low income high school students gain access to educational resources. He has also assisted students in raising their ACT scores.
